Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and promotes mindfulness. Yoga has been proven to help academic performance. Yoga and meditation give you the capability of controlling both your mind and your breath. By controlling your mind and your breathing you can learn how to keep away stress and test anxiety allowing for improved performance on school exams. In this class we will use vinyasa style flow and focus on breathing techniques. There will be use of oils and aromatherapy in this class, as well as Yoga Nidra techniques
