8 Monday Sessions Beginning February 11 - April 1
Learning simple beginner yoga poses through games, stories and fun themes. This class is a great way for your child to release energy, and build strength while learning how to connect with both their body and mind. Introducing breathing exercises via project based hands on learning. Focus is on building fine motor and gross motor skills while building core strength and coordination.
Note: classes are kept small for individualized attention.
