All Classes require a Minimum of 5 Children per class.

Mini Preschool Yogis Ages 3-5
Class Duration: 45 Minutes
In this class we focus on building body control and awareness. Children will be introduced to yoga through games, breathing activities, and partner poses to work on social skills and comraderie. This class aims to develop both fine motor skills and sensory development, both crucial at this stage.
Midi Yogis Ages 5-7
Class Duration: 45 Minutes
Learning simple beginnger yoga poses through games, stories and fun themes. This class is a great way for your child to release energy, and build strength while learning how to connect with both their body and mind.
Boys Yoga Flow Ages 7-10
Class Duration: 45 Minutes
The Boys in this class will learn poses in a vinyasa flow style. Learning to focus on breathing in order to increase endurance and strength. Building core strength and body awareness by using many Partner Poses. Emphasizing mindfulness and presence in daily life.
Mother + Daughter Teen Class
Class Duration: 60 Minutes
Often times the teenage years can cause a tense relationship between a mother and her daughter. Hormones, Stress, Body Changes, and Technology Overload all contribute to such a tense time in a teenage girls life. This class focuses on reconnecting and strengthening with one another on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level. A significant focus on breath work will be taught as breathing in the proper way is fundamental for stress managament and controlling hormone levels. Using lots of partner poses to reconnect a mother and her daughter in a fun and light way. The teenage years are a struggle enough as it is. Why feel like your relationship is struggling as well?

Private Sessions

Private sessions are such a great way to bring a yoga practice and unique physical experience into your child's life. sessions are held in the comfort of your home, or at Luna Yoga Kids Studio Sessions can be scheduled at any location in New York City and around the tri-state area - including any indoor or outdoor space available near you.
Yoga Straps Class
Class Duration: 60 Minutes
An entire class based around using Yoga Straps which allow for opening tense hips and tight shoulders. The two main area where children hold their stress and tension.
Yoga Blocks Class
Class Duration: 60 Minutes
Using Yoga Blocks allows isolating specfic muscles and parts of the body. This class focuses on building core strrength and low muscle tone, a great alternative to Physical Therapy sessions for your child. We incorporate games using the Blocks and most of all we have fun!
