Women Group Yoga
Thursday 9am- 1 hour class
JM Vinyasa: JM Vinyasa is a dynamic blend of classical and modern yoga philosophies. This is an open level vinyasa class specifically designed to create energy, dissolve attachments, and purify the mind. Every class includes standing postures, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, twists and inversions. Most classes will include chanting, kriya, or meditation. This sequence aims to bridge gaps in yoga traditions which allows practitioners to learn from all styles of yoga.
