10 Sunday Sessions Beginning February 10 - April 14
Learning beginner yoga poses through games, stories, and fun. This class is a great way for your child to release energy, and build strength while learning how to connect with both their body and mind. There is a strong emphasis on partner poses, balancing poses, and breath work.
