Tuesday Mini Yogis Ages 4-6

Class Duration: 45 Minutes
Learning beginner yoga poses through games, stories, and fun. This class is a great way for your child to release energy, and build strength while learning how to connect with both their body and mind. There is a strong emphasis on partner poses, balancing poses, and breath work. Yoga is an incredible method for this age group to strengthen development and sensory/OT development.
Note: Small class size to allow for individual attention
