The teenage years are filled with stress, a roller coaster of emotions and hormones. Learning how to use the body we were given to relax, unwind, and strengthen is the goal of this class. Using breath work and visualization together with vinyasa style flows for strengthening core muscles, upper body, and lower body will leave your teenager feeling more calm and yet stronger in their own skin. As bodies are changing learning how to strengthen growing muscles and bones is crucial throughout puberty and into teenage years.
