Teaching a core foundational vinyasa practice. Incorporating Breathwork, Meditation techniques, Games, and Partner Poses this class is the perfect way for your Tween/Teen to express themselves and let out any stress or tension Via movement and energy release methods. We will work on building core and upper body strength and introduce beginnings of inversions. Making sure to always have fun and enjoy the moment!
